Booked online with a 5 minute wait. Left house immediately and arrived on time only to check in and have wait time adjusted back 30 mins. Guess they let someone walk in and jump in line? What?s the point of pre-booking an appointment if the wait time on the app does not match the wait time once you check in?

Booked both my son and I online, everything accurately reflected on my account using the app. When we arrived only my son?s booking was reflected on the wait list! The waiting room was full so I didn?t feel right about forcing the issue with the staff - only my son got his haircut that day. BTW, this is the second time I?ve had an issue with the app check-in. This site also has a problem with their internet going down so they can only take cash all of a sudden! I?m done with this place - looking for a more reliable experience now.

This review is not about the employees at the location they are great, but the online checkin system itself. The online checkin most of the time isn't correct in the estimate of wait time. You may get lucky from time to time. If the online checkin isn't working, which happens often, there is not a way to remotely checkin. They don't take phone reservations. Great idea to help save time and checkin remotely, but needs a lot of work to get it running correctly still. Frustrating for a customer.
