Jess did a good job. Nice place, sweet girl, definitely recommend for high and tights. MVP is well worth it.

So irritated that I signed in online, got an email that my stylist was going to be ready in 10 minutes and when I got to the store my name isn't listed. So then we had to sign in at the store and the estimated time was 47 minutes. I have the text message and the screen showing the time I should arrive and then there is nothing showing in the store.

The check in system is terrible. You check-in and it says zero minutes. Then you get there and 3 or 4 people are in front of you. System is just a trick to get you there. If you ever are able to get scheduled service is fine but who has time for these games?
