I am writing this email to express my disappointment and the very bad quality service and the rudeness and the no professionalism at the sports clips in Lewis center Delaware I signed in on line , I got in time, when got in side the store I checked in , I was the first on the list , the lady asked me to take a seat, ( for all this time she didn’t ask for a mask ) When it cames to the hair cut she asked me” you have to have a mask to get a hair cut “ I asked her if you have a mask to offer, she replied “ Kroger have a mask “ with a rude tone, I went to Kroger I bought a mask, it took me a minute, when I came back , she said you have to wait and she passed two people before me and one of them was not on the list, And when I asked her why I have to wait since I was the first on the list , she said either you wait or you can leave. I asked her name , she said I am Jessie and I am the managers. Usually I get my hair cut at great clips, unfortunately they were closed, I said let try sports clips, it was the worst experience ever I will never ever comeback at this hair cut salon

Jess did a good job. Nice place, sweet girl, definitely recommend for high and tights. MVP is well worth it.

So irritated that I signed in online, got an email that my stylist was going to be ready in 10 minutes and when I got to the store my name isn't listed. So then we had to sign in at the store and the estimated time was 47 minutes. I have the text message and the screen showing the time I should arrive and then there is nothing showing in the store.
